Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of quizloop, the quiz funnel builder available at quizloop.ai (the "Service"), operated by quizloop ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

quizloop lets you generate, edit and publish quiz funnels for your own business and for your clients. Each client gets a workspace that holds their quiz funnels, the contacts those funnels collect and the results of automated A/B tests that the Service runs on live traffic.

We may change, add or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us at hey@quizloop.ai as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Your clients and their workspaces

You may create workspaces for clients and invite team members to help manage them. You are responsible for your clients and team members and for everything they do in the Service. You must have permission from each client to use their name, brand, website content and other material in a quiz funnel.

Contacts collected through a quiz funnel belong to you or your client, as agreed between you. You can export them at any time.

5. Subscriptions and payment

The Service is sold as a monthly subscription. Plan limits (live quiz funnels, client workspaces and team seats) are shown on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. If, within 30 days of your first payment, a quiz funnel you published and ran traffic through doesn't convert better than the page it replaced, email hey@quizloop.ai with proof of that page's conversion rate and we'll refund that payment in full and end your subscription. Other fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

We may change our prices. Price changes apply from your next billing period after we notify you.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate quiz questions, copy, result pages and design choices from the website and information you provide. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing everything before you publish it, and for making sure it complies with the law and with advertising rules that apply to you or your client.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to collect personal data without a lawful basis, to send spam, to mislead visitors, to infringe the rights of others, or to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful or discriminatory. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with its operation, or resell it as your own product.

We may suspend or remove quiz funnels, workspaces or accounts that breach this section.

8. Visitor data and privacy

When a visitor completes a quiz funnel, the Service stores their answers and contact details in the relevant workspace. For this data, you (or your client) are the data controller and we act as your processor under your instructions. You must provide visitors with the privacy information the law requires and obtain any consent you need.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design and templates. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while you have an active subscription.

You keep ownership of the content you and your clients provide and of the quiz funnels you build with the Service. You grant us a license to host, display and process that content as needed to provide the Service.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control may cause downtime. We will try to schedule planned maintenance outside peak hours.

11. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular conversion rate, number of leads or business result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we stop providing the Service. After termination, published quiz funnels go offline and we may delete your data after a reasonable period. Export anything you need before you close your account.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which quizloop is established, and the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
